- Cut manual handling by ~90% across 1,000+ license and access cases by replacing inbox- and email-based processing with an automated governance workflow.
- Won an internal BPM Hackathon in a 4-person team among 170+ participants, with a data-driven P2P solution focused on avoiding early payments.
- Deployed a mass-update workflow in SAP Collaboration Hub for enterprise-wide model-attribute updates.
- Analysed end-to-end O2I and P2P workflows with process owners, automation, compliance, and IT stakeholders to surface mining and automation opportunities.

Automated and modelled business processes across litigation operations, turning manual, error-prone routines into reliable workflows.
- Eliminated manual email sorting for two employees — saving ~2 hours per day and reducing ~150 monthly errors to zero — with a categorization workflow built on SAP Signavio, the corporate data lake, and Power Automate.
- Reduced manual workload by up to 85% in selected workflows through automation.
- Improved data and process visibility by analysing operational data with Python and JavaScript, integrating APIs, and modelling workflows.

International Technical Official — Volunteer
World Triathlon
Operational leadership at major international sporting events run against a hard deadline in front of a crowd of stakeholders.
- Supported 11 international events across 10 countries as a judge, including the World Triathlon Championship Series, World Championships, T100 World Tour, and World Cup events.
- Led teams of 3–8 international Technical Officials during preparation and event days, reporting to the head of operations of World Triathlon.
