The background, kept scannable.
Education, work, and the skills behind the projects — arranged to be read in a minute, not decoded from a dense résumé.
01 — Experience & internships
Where I've worked.
2025 — 2025
Vienna, Austria
AI Engineering Intern
Northbound (fictional placement)
Built Signal, a retrieval-augmented internal support assistant grounded in company documentation, with a strong bias toward faithful answers over confident guesses.
- Designed the retrieval and evaluation pipeline from a 120-question benchmark.
- Shipped a provider-agnostic model layer and an evaluation harness the team still runs.
- Presented outcomes to engineering and support leadership.
2024 — 2025
Remote
Working Student — Product & Data
Meridian Labs (fictional placement)
Supported a small product team across analytics and lightweight frontend work — the practical middle ground between the business questions and the systems that answer them.
- Turned ambiguous product questions into measurable analytics.
- Prototyped interface changes and shipped several to production.
2023 — 2024
Vienna, Austria
Teaching Assistant — Introduction to Programming
TU Wien
Ran lab sessions and graded coursework for first-year students — where I learned that explaining a system clearly is its own engineering skill.
- Supported ~30 students per cohort through weekly labs.
- Wrote supplementary notes that were adopted for the following year.
02 — Education
Where I studied.
2022 — Present
Vienna, Austria
BSc Business Informatics
TU Wien
A joint programme across computer science, information systems, and management — the deliberate seam between how software is built and why a business builds it.
- Focus areas: software engineering, data science, and information management.
- Selected coursework: algorithms, databases, machine learning, business process management, and micro-economics.
- Consistently top-quartile; several projects carried forward by later cohorts.
2024 — 2024
Copenhagen, Denmark
Exchange semester — Information Systems
Copenhagen Business School
A semester abroad concentrating on digital product management and the economics of platforms.
- Studied platform strategy, digital transformation, and product analytics.
- Team case competition — reached the departmental final.
